7 steps to healthier looking skin
Skin that looks good takes time, but the journey needed for healthy, young looking skin is easy if you make small everyday moves. Consistency is key, and if you follow these seven steps, you’ll find yourself well on the way to the skin you desire.

Our skin cells are mostly filled with, you guessed it, water. Three litres of the good stuff a in small chunks throughout the day, with a nice burst when you wake up in the morning, is the place to start. The more water we drink, the more goes into our skin, and the more plump our face becomes.
2. SPF
SUN CREAM! 80% of the damage we see on our skin comes from UVA ray exposure. It causes wrinkles, colour changes and in the worst case scenario, skin diseases including cancer. The higher the factor, the better. The best tip i’ve heard on this subject is the best sun protection product is the one that you feel comfortable wearing, so try a few and find the one that you feel good in (think greasy vs not, sore on the eyes vs comfortable, budget, and esse of application).
